REFUND & RETURN POLICY Tailored Treasures Digital Designs™
Introduction At Tailored Treasures Digital Designs™, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy applies to all digital products sold through our store, including digital art, Canva templates, pregnancy announcement templates, card templates, and invitation templates.
Scope of Policy This policy covers all digital downloads and templates available in our store. Because our products are delivered instantly and electronically, special conditions apply as outlined below.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by completing your purchase and accessing your digital download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.
No Refunds on Digital Downloads (General) Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" — we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except as required by applicable law.
Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund We will gladly issue a refund if:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The product delivered is materially different from what was described
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
How to Request a Refund Contact us at tailoredtreasuresdigitaldesigns@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after download
- Incompatibility with software you already own (please check Canva compatibility before purchasing)
- Failure to read the product description
